I am a lover of food from around the world! BUT.. since I live in a community of 19,000 in the interior of BC I find more often than not that if i want to enjoy ethnic food… I have to make it myself!
The good news is when you make some your favourite ethnic dishes at home you get to A.) create slightly healthier versions of old favs and B.) swap out any of the ingredients that you dislike or can’t eat. Whenever I order Singapore noodles in a restaurant I have to ask them to make this dish without prawns, as I’m allergic to shell fish.
