Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payments

Payments for classes, passes, workshops, special events and series may be made via cash, cheque, debit or credit at the studio location. Cheques should be made out to “Chelsea Eisses”.

Workshops, special events and series classes may also be paid for via our Online Registration page.

All purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be shared

All punch passes and monthly memberships are non-refundable and may not be shared between clients. Both the 5 & 10 Punch Passes purchased from The Inner Roar Yoga and Wellness expire 1 year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Workshop Reservations (online and in studio)

You may reserve a spot in our workshops, special events and series classes at the studio or via our Online Registration page up to 1 month prior to the start of the sessions.

Cancellations

Students may cancel workshops, pre-registered courses, or any other special studio event (excluding routine classes or punch passes) in exchange for studio credit with a minimum of three business days notice by email (unless otherwise specified). If you have pre-registered online, please log back in to the online system and sign yourself out of the class.

Cancellations two or less days before the start of the registered class will receive no studio credit or refunds.
