The Inner Roar is pleased to be offering monthly Yoga Nidra sessions, led by Meghan Lockhart.

Infused with teachings from the ancients – Nidra is a systematic relaxation in which senses are withdrawn to relieve tensions.

These practices allows you to reprogram self-limiting beliefs, to heal your body and to expand into freedom.

The practices will include shaking, energy typing and gentle movement before being led into conscious sleep.
